a. Self service ordering gives customers control and makes business very efficient
b. Near zero inventory, orders are printed upon order
c. Automated printing from web order
d. Less expensive digital printer is needed
e. Continuous updating of image gallery for increased appeal
Why it will work: Consumers already make custom calendars at copy shops; no current way to have a custom calendar of professional images; fully automated business processes and self service ordering; very low overhead. Current websites aren’t very user-friendly
