Low-cost service business for photographers and aspiring models
a. Modeling service provided to small retailers and e-businesses
b. Business mails product (clothing, accessories, household product) to individual to have quality photos taken
c. Product is returned to retailer or e-business owner along with pictures that are ready to use on their website or in store displays
Why it will work: Small businesses always do a poor job of displaying their products online or inside their brick-and-mortar store. This low overhead service business fills a niche by providing a cost-effective way to get product photos on a person. This business can be run by a photographer or an aspiring model (of any type) and marketed to local retailers and any online business that is missing product shots.

On-Demand RFID system for small, medium, and large companies with any type of revolving inventory
a. Web-based interface for control of inventory, physical assets, anti-theft system, and tools for suppliers/customers to monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs
b. Ubiquitous platform with open-source development for web-based RFID software applications (keeps software development costs lower and increases awareness, innovation, and capabilities)
c. Sell RFID products as customizable package with sensors, wireless readers, tracking mechanisms and accompanying management software
d. Industry-specific and application-specific web programs are developed to meet needs of all customers
e. Demonstrate uses in various fields with free trials for initial customers
f. Company has installation/training team to assess needs and assemble RFID solution, followed by training of necessary employees
Why will this work: The impending RFID revolution is going to change business process forever; lack of software and integrated systems provides excellent opportunity to shape industry; ubiquitous web platform lowers cost and increases continuous innovation; market leader position for web-based RFID solutions is not established; most of the technology is very cost effective
