Portable unmanned kiosk that takes blood sample and analyzes it with computer software to detect all known types of blood-related issues

a. Evolution of blood pressure testing devices and existing diabetic tools

b. Blood would be taken with disposable needle and deposited onto glass testing slide

c. Microscope would analyze blood for irregularities and diseases

d. Software would compute microscope images against reference database

e. Printout of results would be created for user

f. User pays anywhere from $5-$20 for a test

Why it will work: expensive doctor visits results in untreated diseases that spread rapidly (especially sexually transmitted diseases) or cause further harm to the individual; once software and hardware configuration is completed, quick dispersal to a variety of locations very feasible; most people would justify spending the money to know more about their body; potential for significant impact in treatable diseases that afflict many people that do not visit their doctor.
